In the first part, Iryna Dudnikova shared her unique journey into HR and how her team built a people-first culture at Already Media. Now, in part two, we explore how the company nurtures growth, keeps employees engaged, and prepares for the future.
Let’s talk about growth. Are there opportunities for career development at Already Media?
Absolutely. We operate in a fast-paced market with ambitious goals, so staying ahead of the curve is crucial — both for the company and each individual. We provide structured internal career paths, and our development system gives employees a clear understanding of where they can grow. There’s transparency, guidance, and room for exploration. Sometimes, people even switch to adjacent roles. These transitions are supported with learning opportunities while the employee continues contributing within their current department.
What methods work best when it comes to motivating and retaining talent?
What works best for us is a mix of meaningful work, recognition, and a sense of belonging. We make sure employees feel connected — to the mission, to their teammates, and to the company’s growth. We also invest in internal communications, mental health initiatives, team feedback loops, and learning programs. When people feel heard and valued, they stay committed.
What are your team’s priorities for 2025?
We’re focusing on four main areas:
- Scaling the team to support business growth
- Upskilling current employees
- Strengthening our employer brand
- Launching new internal HR systems and tools
Right now, our eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) is +80 — which is a great indicator of loyalty and engagement. But we’re always aiming higher.
Are you planning to expand the team next year? What roles will be most in demand?
We’re already 300+ people strong and growing. In 2025, we expect continued hiring in key areas like:
- SEO specialists
- Link builders
- Content managers
- Affiliate managers
- Developers
- Data analysts
These roles are essential to support our core business in affiliate marketing and iGaming.
What are your long-term goals for the HR function — say, in the next five years?
We want to position Already Media as a leading employer in the iGaming industry. That means adopting cutting-edge HR tech, continuing to scale, and remaining flexible in a fast-changing market. We’re not afraid to experiment and stay ahead. Our focus will remain on culture, adaptability, and being truly people-first.
What skills do you think will define a successful employee in 2025 and beyond?
Soft skills will remain the key differentiator. No matter the job title, here are the qualities we value most:
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ownership and leadership mindset
- Open communication
- Critical thinking
- Fast, creative problem-solving
- Curiosity and a drive for learning
- Passion and resilience
We believe in people’s potential. If someone is committed to growing these traits, we’ll support them every step of the way.
What inspires you most about your work and your team?
The atmosphere of mutual support and high ambition. Everyone at Already Media is driven, professional, and eager to grow. It’s incredibly inspiring to be surrounded by people who genuinely care — about their work, each other, and the future we’re building.
What achievements are you most proud of as Head of HR?
I’m proud of everything we’ve built from the ground up in just two years:
- Custom HR processes
- A full internal communication system
- Our employer brand launch
- Automated systems
- Culture initiatives
- Educational events
- And yes — even our team merch
These weren’t just tasks — they were milestones. Each one helped shape the way Already Media works today.
What would you say to someone considering joining Already Media?
Already Media is, hands down, the best company I’ve ever worked for — and I truly believe it’s a place where people thrive. On the outside, we operate in a highly competitive industry. But inside, we lead with empathy, respect, and a strong culture. That balance is our strength. If you’re passionate, talented, and ready to grow — we’d love to meet you. Explore open roles.
Conclusion
At Already Media, HR isn’t just about hiring — it’s about building something bigger: a culture of trust, growth, and shared purpose. As the company scales, it continues to prove that even in a fast-moving industry, it’s possible to lead with heart.
